The motion of weak cylindrical shock wave in a highly viscous medium

The interaction of shock waves with viscosity is one of the central problems in the supersonic regime of compressible fluid flow. The motion of weak shock waves in a highly viscous medium has been investigated by Chester-Chisnell- Whitham method. It is found that the shock velocity and shock strength both decrease as shock advances for the low viscous region of a medium to the high viscous region. The dependence of Mach number on propagation distance, Pressure, Particle velocity, and shock velocity as well as on adiabatic index has also been analyzed for the cases. In the last comparison between the results obtained here are made mutually as well as with those obtained by other methods. The obtained expansions are computed and discussed through tables and graphs.

Effects of Birth Order on an Individual’s Self-Efficacy and Life-Satisfaction

This research paper aimed to study the effects of birth order on an individual’s self-efficacy and life-satisfaction, within the age group of 16-30 years. Sherer’s Self-Efficacy scale was used to measure self-efficacy levels in participants and the Satisfaction with Life Scale was used to measure the levels of life-satisfaction. The purpose of this paper was to study the difference in scores on these two scales with respect to the four birth order positions considered, namely – first- born, middle-born, last-born and only child. It was found that first borns show a slightly higher level of self-efficacy, when compared with the other birth order positions. In terms of life- satisfaction, last-borns were found to score higher than the other birth order positions.

Pregnant and Postpartum Women Stress During COVID 19

During this pandemic period, a lot of people were affected globally and most especially vulnerable groups like pregnant and postpartum women. There has been a report of high elevated post-traumatic stress, nervousness, and depression since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. In a global survey, postpartum and pregnant women have accounts of increased anxiety, depression, and stress. High levels of all these combinations could negatively affect the foetus growth and women's health. These unique difficulties have been a focus of concern to most medical practitioners, although no research has explored other factors associated with increased stress and depression. This current research aims to assess the persistence and causes of increased postpartum during the pandemic.

Review of recent finding thermal performance of screw air compressor with dryer

The Screw compressor is a mechanical device that is used to increase the pressure from lower to a higher level. It is used in process industries where the super dry compressed Air is required, for various utilities just like packaging, transporting of product. The screw compressor is a positive displacement type rotary compressor that is working under screw action and emerged with a desiccant adsorption dryer for removal of moisture from compressed humid Air. This combination of systems is studied under the various published literature paper show that moisture is removal under using by means of chemical substance like activated alumina, silica gel and molecular sieves of compressed Air and may Save the purge loss in the dryer by using reusing compressed Air by heated blower to show that it can be enhancement of efficiency of screw compressor. In screw compressor has no fluctuation on delivering compressed Air with desiccant adsorption dryer by means of rotary action with the male and female rotor. The investigation of the published paper has to summarize the performance of compressed dry Air which is utilizing the super dry Air in the pharma utility sector and various industries. The dew point has the main parameter for acquiring the humid compressed Air to dry compressed air by means of the at dew point lowest for easy condensation of compressed Air of the system. In this system, the Adsorption Air dryer which is installed with a Screw Air compressor has high performance in captured of moisture in the compressed Air system by using the blower and heater.
