Design and Implementation of Various Advanced Modulation format over 8-WDM Bidirectional PON

With the growing demand for users higher speed, reliable data transmission become the great need for the users. For the higher bit rate and flexible bandwidth wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) network is one of the best solutions. The performance of WDM mainly depends upon factor such as modulation format used in the networks. In this paper comparison of various Advanced Modulation Formats has been carried over the 8 channel Bidirectional WDM PON. Fiber without having amplifier and Dispersion compensating fibers. A network without any amplifier and repeaters reduces the network operation effectively, thus simplifying system configuration and maintenance cost. Hence, the system performance is not increased by using any sort of amplifiers and DCF. The designed system has achieved a maximum transmission distance of 120 km at the power of 0-2 dbm over Bidirectional Multimode fiber. This simulation work has done in optic system 14.1 Suite Software.

Feminine Sensibility in Kamala Das’s Poetry: An Overview

Feminism is the advocacy of woman’s rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes. The various feminisms, however, share certain assumptions and concepts that underlie the diverse ways that individual critics explore the factor of sexual difference and privilege in the production, the form and content, the reception and the critical analysis and evaluation of works of literature: The basic view is that Western civilization is pervasively patriarchal (ruled by the father)- that is, it is male- centered and controlled and is organized and conducted in such a way as to subordinate women to men in all cultural domains : familial, religious, political, economic, social, legal and artistic. As Kamala Das is known for its extreme frankness in its nature of writing which encompasses all her sufferings and grievances, this present paper will traces out this feminine sensibility in her poetry with special references to her poems- An Introduction, Summer in Calcutta, My Story and The Sunshine Cat.

A New Development and Validation of UV-Visible Spectrophotometric Method for Simultaneous Analysis of Etoricoxib and Paracetamol in Pharmaceutical and Bulk Dosage Forms

The two methods for simultaneous estimation of Etoricoxib and Paracetamol in a combination of two drug tablet dosage form have been developed using Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) as a solvent. The UV-visible Spectrophotometric was a determination using the simultaneous or operating of the same time equation method was a determination using the simultaneous equation method at 238.0 nm and 250.0 nm. The second UV Spectrometric method is the Q-analysis (absorption ratio) method, which involves the formation of absorbance equation at 243.0 nm (isoabsorptive point) and at 250.0 nm the maximum absorption of Paracetamol. The accuracy of the methods was assessed by recovery studies was found to be 100.3 ± 0.53 and 100.4 ± 0.80 for simultaneous equation method and 96.8 ± 0.55 and 98.18 ± 0.58 for Q analysis (absorption ratio) method for Etoricoxib and Paracetamol respectively. These methods are no complicated involved also corrected and rapid those require no in preparation of the more important separation and can therefore be used for routine analysis of both drugs. The linearity ranges for Etoricoxib and Paracetamol were 4-12μg/ ml and 2-18μg/ml respectively. The linearity ranges for Etoricoxib and Paracetamol were 2-18 μg/ml and 2-10 μg/ml respectively.

Video Based Face Recognition System

The project entitled “Video-Based Face Recognition” is used for automatic face identification of characters in movies. Recognition of face in videos has drawn significant research interests and lead to many interesting applications. Automatic face identification of characters in videos is a challenging problem due to the huge variation in the appearance of each character. Although existing methods demonstrate promising results in the clean environment, the performances are limited in complex movie scenes due to the noises generated during the face tracking and face clustering process. In this system, two schemes of a global face-name matching based framework are proposed for robust character identification.

Analysis of Knee Joint in Various Postures and Finite Element Analysis on Tibia

The knee is one of the most frequently injured joint in the human body. A recent study suggests that compressive loads on knee may play a vital role in injury to knee joint parts. This project is focussed on the axial compressive force tibia, using that the radial force on the knee cap can also calculate. The compressive force is determined on Tibia in different postures like standing, stepping up, stepping down and in 900 bent of the knee using mechanics. Stresses at different points were identified using FEM on Tibia.

Effect of Voltage Sag and Voltage Unbalance on Induction Motor Drives

Voltage sag and unbalance pose a serious power quality issue for the electric power industry. The induction motor has widely used the machine in process industries (around 70%). In this paper, the performance of the Induction Motor Drive (IMD) under the condition of voltage sag and voltage unbalance is studied. The drive model is modelled in Matlab/Simulink environment and the simulation results are obtained for time-varying load. The performance of the IMD under different indexes viz. variation in current, speed and torque is investigated under varying sag depths and durations. The ripples in speed and torque are also investigated under unbalance conditions.
