An experiment on capillary suction water absorption of concrete with metakaolin

Sustainable resources management and development have been at the forefront of an important issue concerning the construction industry for the past several years a study has been carried out to look into the performance of Metakaolin as cement alternative material in concrete. Nowadays availability of natural coarse aggregate is a big constraint, so alternative material called Recycled Coarse Aggregate (RCA) is using in the concrete mix; it has mostly similar properties as Natural Coarse Aggregate (NCA. In this present study, the experimental using RCA is 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, replacement with natural coarse aggregate and constant weight replacement of metakaolin with the weight of the binder. The Finally obtained results to increasing compressive strength as well as tensile strength mix. 20%RCA+10%MK than the percentage of recycled aggregate increasing with decreasing both compressive and tensile strength. The Further study use in RCA in concrete with MK to replacement in a certain limit. find the surface absorption test in minimum for mix M1and M2 with an increasing percentage of RCA with MK than increasing capillary section values

Performance analysis of cotton processing small scale industry by using stock simulation method

Today’s Industry is regarded as a secondary sector of Indian economy. The economic development of a nation depends on the stage of industrial development. The industry is the greatest sector that can be provided employment to the mass people which help to increase per capita & reduces the poverty. Now a day’s cotton textile industry in India has been facing many odds & the survival of the industry is in danger. Due to the continued uneconomic working, the industry financial viability has been deplorably shattered. Many mills in the industry have already reached a stage of financial post ration with the complete exhaustion of reserves surplus & their finance, raw material idle capacity, technology, marketing, infrastructure, underutilization of capacity, project planning, skilled manpower, managerial etc. This study has to cover XYZ small scale industry. Its points out the weakness and strengths of production & marketing system thus enabling the entrepreneurs & policy makers to take corrective action. I have worked on just in time for performance improvement of a semi-skilled worker, reduces wastage and running cost. I have worked also on the simulation of production. The measures to reduce the identified wastes have been pointed out. It has been proposed to better integrate the key actors into the JIT & simulation. Adopting the cellular layout in the mechanical workshop has been found beneficial as well as the orientation of production on customer orders rather than on forecasting.

Password authentication using symbols

Password authentication is one of the most important components for security and confidentiality of data that is stored on various workstations and servers. There are various kinds of ways to authenticate passwords, for example, textual passwords, graphical passwords, session passwords etc. Biometric authentication is also one of the trending ways these days but has several physiological issues. Though textual password is very common among people, it is still susceptible to various attacks like brute force attacks, dictionary attack, glossary attack, shoulder surfing, keylogger attack or eavesdropping. Graphical passwords were the new solution but had drawbacks like taking more time to authenticate and slow processing issues. Thus we introduce a new session password system, which is a one-time use password. This system uses only symbols for authentication. The generation of the password each time depends on an algorithm.

Comparison of extraction of bio gas from various wastes

A Comparative Study of extraction of Bio gas from poultry waste, paper waste& food waste is carried out. The three types of waste are subjected to an aerobic digestion under 40 days’ retention period & mesophilic temperature range of 27˚c to 42˚c. The volume of gas produced by each waste is then determined and they are compared with one another by using a graphical representation. As a result of this comparison, generation of biogas from poultry waste is found to be larger than the other two wastes.

Buckling of arch bridge

An arch is a curved structure in its elevation, loaded in-plane having supports are prevented from stretching out, and loads are supported mainly in compression. Arches are extensively used in infrastructure projects to provide large span structures, especially in bridges owing to its effective load carrying mechanism. For the case study, a 60m clear span standard bowstring is analyzed. The study has been done for comparison of buckling factor given in Eurocode 3: part 2 with the model analyzed.
