Agile meeting dashboard

Communication plays the main role in the modern world of software development. Nowadays Virtual meetings plays important role in our life. Especially due to work from home in the software industry virtual meetings became more important to employees in order to update the work to their team manager. So, we make use of spring tools, full-stack development technologies. There will be two logins available one for the admin that is scrum master purpose and the other for the team member. Admin can log in to his account and add a team member so that he can assign any task that he has created. There is also a tab available for the admin to enter the meeting notes so that he can use that meeting notes as an action item to assign to his team member. There is also a tab available to check the completed action items that have been assigned. The dashboard contains some graphs that represent the number of meetings held, completed and not completed status

Factors influencing efficiency of line pumped concrete for multi-storey building

Concrete has played an important role in the efforts of architects and engineers who wanted satisfactory and economical materials for concrete and high-rise buildings. Concrete for small-height buildings (up to three -5-storeys), whether common or RMC, is transported and used to transport concrete using buckets, wheel barrows and culverts or sometimes cranes. As the building rises and improves, it takes time to place the concrete in the crane and bucket manner because it is not an endless process and can interfere with the productivity of the concrete works. In such a case, pumping is a concrete method of pumping concrete. The concrete pump offers many favorable advantages such as increased productivity. Increased productivity is important because this means faster completion allows the owner to quickly return on his investment. Therefore, a study is formed for the factors that affect the efficiency and productivity of pumped concrete resources in place of the concreting of buildings. The general information about the concrete pumped in this study, the factors that affect the productivity of the concrete in a high-rise building, the need for pumping concrete equipment and machinery. Other factors affecting the placement of concrete will be considered in the study.

Secure organization networking

Perhaps the greatest concern companies have in doing business over the Internet is the security risk. Hackers, denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, fraud, and even cyber-terrorism are very real dangers. In addition, you'll wonder the way to guarantee the performance and reliability of your Internet-based services. Or, you'll not be sure that you simply have the resources and support needed to deploy and manage eCommerce services and processes. The good news is that a sound network infrastructure can address these issues. At the inspiration of strong e-commerce, infrastructures are routers and switches. An integrated approach to routing and switching lets all workers—even those at different sites— have equivalent access to business applications, unified communications, and videoconferencing as their colleagues at headquarters. This project helps you grow your network over time, adding features and functionality as you would like them while ensuring complete investment protection. All workers—even those in distant locations—have the same access to business applications, unified communications, and videoconferencing as their colleagues at headquarter thanks to an integrative approach to routing and switching.

Assessment of prevalence and risk factors of postnatal depression in postnatal mothers

Background: Affective disorders occur commonly in postpartum period, ranging in severity from mild and transient “baby blues” experienced by 50–80 % of women to postpartum psychosis which affects <1 % of women . Postpartum major depression lies along this spectrum of postnatal mood disorder. The debilitating effects of postpartum depression (PPD) can involve an entire family, and women afflicted with PPD are at high risk for recurrent depression. Majority of them exhibit symptoms by 6 week postpartum and if not treated, many women continue to be depressed at the end of the first postpartum year. Despite its serious consequences and amenity to treatment, PPD often remains unrecognized. Numerous studies carried out in developed countries provide compelling evidence that postnatal depression is associated with long term emotional, cognitive, and intellectual problems in children Materials & Methods: Non-experimental exploratory descriptive research designed is used to conduct the study. Non-Probability Purposive sampling technique was used to select the samples and Sample size was 140 postnatal mothers. Edinburgh Postnatal depression scale, standardized research tool and self structured risk factors questionnaires were used for data collection. The reliability of research tool is 0.75, which is reliable. Result: The study results showed the majority of samples (60%) 84 postnatal mothers is having mild depression, (22%) 31 postnatal mothers are having moderate depression and (18%) 25 postnatal mothers are having severe depression. Chi square was calculated to analyzed the association between the prevalence and risk factors of postnatal depression among postnatal mothers findings revealed that there was significant association between prevalence and risk factors with complications during pregnancy, self history of depression, family history of depression and condition of baby It emphasizes that the planned teaching programme on postnatal depression prevention, care and treatment can reduce the prevalence of postnatal depression. It may minimize the complications and reduce the morbidity rate due to postnatal depression. Keywords: Postnatal Depression, Prevalence, Risk factors, Postnatal mothers

Gypsum Plaster

Alabaster is a form of gypsum used both in building and as a plaster material. Gypsum was discovered near Paris, and “Plaster of Paris” became popular building material. Gypsum plaster is investigated experimentally at fire temperatures with respect to their thermophysical properties i.e., thermal conductivity, effective heat capacity, and density. It is shown that depending on different ingredients (carbonates) different endothermic reactions occur between room temperature and 900°C. These reactions strongly influence the temperature dependence of the mentioned properties which in turn affect the response of the material to fire. Based on these experimental results the thermal reaction of a gypsum-protected steel column in fire is modeled for the four types of gypsum. The results of numerical simulations demonstrate clearly the advantages caused by certain ingredients of the chemical composition of gypsum plaster.

Case Study

A rare case of Factor XIII Deficiency and spontaneous rupture of the Spleen

Introduction Factor XIII deficiency is an extremely rare occurrence & a patient presenting with spontaneous rupture of the spleen is challenging to diagnose and manage. Case Report We present here a case report of a patient diagnosed to have factor XIII deficiency since early childhood, presenting with acute onset abdominal pain with hemorrhagic shock at middle age. On evaluation, the Patient was found to have spontaneous splenic rupture which was managed by emergency splenectomy with adequate blood products transfusion. Conclusion Factor XIII plays a major role in the final step of the coagulation cascade in stabilizing fibrin clot & factor XIII deficiency is a very rare inherited or acquired disorder. Manifestations of factor XIII deficiency vary from being asymptomatic to life-threatening hemorrhagic conditions. Patients may have to be dependent on repeated specific blood product transfusions in order to avoid bleeding diathesis.
