Tamper Detection of Social Media Images using CNN

Images are often manipulated with the intent and purpose of benefiting one party. images are often seen as evidence of a fact or reality, therefore, fake news or any form of publication that uses images that have been manipulated in such a way has the greater capability and potential to mislead. The web permits clients to process any type of digital media within seconds all over the globe. With expanding utilization of digital multimedia contents like pictures and video, the techniques for detecting the digital image forgery have also increased parallelly. people tamper with images to make the image look more pleasant for appearance but it is susceptible if one changed someone’s face within the image and misuses it. Hence this demands automatic tools for identifying the difference between authentic and tampered images. To detect such image falsification, a large amount of image data is required, and a model can process each pixel in the image. In addition, efficiency and flexibility in data training are also needed to support its use in everyday life. The concept of big data and deep learning is the perfect solution to this problem. Therefore, with an Error Level Analysis (ELA), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)

Investigation of ferrocement composite beam

Ferrocement is a thin, versatile construction material, with several unique properties and is suitable for a wide range of applications in Civil Engineering. Generally, concrete structures are designed for static loads but sometimes dynamic loads like blasts, etc. Prefabricated elements are used in the construction industry as an alternative system to overcome the formwork problems in addition to getting better quality control. The prefabricated elements made of reinforced concrete are extremely heavy and difficult to transport, placing in position, and construct. Because of its good structural performance and low-cost ferrocement is used in the construction industry. Ferrocement is suitable for the construction of roofing/floor elements, precast units, manhole covers, and the construction of domes, vaults, grid surfaces, and folded plates. So finding the flexural behavior of ferrocement is necessary. Therefore, the flexural strength is determined by varying the meshes in the U-section and varying the thickness of the beam. An experimental and finite element analysis on flexural behavior of ferrocement U-shape channel section reinforced with wire mesh with varying number of wire mesh layers is presented. A finite element analysis of the U-shape ferrocement channel was carried out. The finite element analysis (FEA) has been also used to model the ferrocement U-shape channel for various spans and thicknesses. Ferrocement U-shape channel with varies thickness and number of mesh layers analyzed in ANSYS.

Forecasting air quality using Machine Learning techniques

Air pollution, in general, implies to discharge of impurities into the atmosphere which is harmful to human life and the in-universe. It has the potential to be the most destructive menace humanity has always faced. It gives problems to animals, birds, yield, crops, and forests among other things. To overcome the difficulty, machine learning techniques must be used to anticipate air quality from pollutants. As a result, forecasting the quality of air monitoring and prediction of it has been a significant study area. The actual objective is looking for machine learning-based solutions for forecasting air quality with the highest level of accuracy. The entire dataset will be analyzed using machine learning techniques to calculate large bits of data which are variable identification, univariate analysis, and multi- variate analysis, also bi-variate analysis, missing value treatments, and data validation, data cleaning/preparing, and visualization. Our paper offers a detailed guide to model parameter risk assessment in terms of performance in forecasting air quality pollution calculating prediction accuracy. For presenting a technique using machine learning for reliably predicting the Air Quality Index value by comparing various classifying machine learning methods and producing calculation results in the type of highest accuracy. In addition, the outputs of several machine learning methods from the provided datasets will be compared and discussed, along with an estimation of the user interface which is GUI-based for forecasting air quality using attributes present in the datasets.

Designing, deploying and managing cloud-native applications effectively using Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.

From storing and retrieving information in databases online to delivering various services such as servers, and computing resources over the internet, cloud computing has brought tremendous advancements in the technological world. One of the major sectors of cloud computing is application development. A wide variety of applications are being developed which offer services for almost every working industry globally. Several debates and discussions have arisen on designing the application in the best way possible. Extensive research studies were done using various parameters such as resource usage, storage, efficiency to determine the most optimal method. Cloud-enabled applications were the primary type developed, followed by cloud-based applications. However, the demand for lightweight and flexible applications designed at the least cost possible rendered these approaches obsolete. That is where the cloud-native model came into the picture. This paper explores the model and presents how it is used to design, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications, including discussing the model's core elements and implementing them in making the application.
