Culture management in merger & acquisition: A literature review

Organizations nowadays are merging or acquiring smaller firms to expand their presence everywhere, for example, Walmart acquired Flipkart to enter and expand in the Indian market, Tata acquired Air India to garner space in Aviation Industry, etc. When no of the organization decides to merge how does culture play a role in the whole process or what effect does it have on the process or afterward on the performance of the organization, we are trying to understand that through this paper. We looked into various researches done on this subject to get a good understanding of cultural issues that organizations face in Mergers and Acquisitions. While reviewing these research papers we found that most organizations face a negative impact on the performance due to cultural issues and in some cases, it even results in failure.

Analytical study of tools for Big data analytics

Due to digitalization, there is a rapid growth of data sets in different forms. When there are instances of a large and complex amount of data and the traditional data processing techniques are failing to deal with these types of complex data, this data is known as Big Data. For any decision-making in sectors like advertising, government agencies, medical research, and such we come across big data. The given data for the research has to be processed using various techniques of data analytics which is known as Big Data Analytics. These techniques are used on structured or unstructured available data which are not possible to be processed using traditional methods. In this paper, I’ll be discussing some of the major utilization of big data analytics by comparing different big data tools used for validating the data.

Android privacy leakage detection using static analysis

The quantity of Android apps has grown explosively in re- cent years and the wide variety of apps leaking non-public facts has additionally grown. it's far necessary to make sure all of the apps are not leaking non-public information before putting them to the app markets and thereby a privateness leaks detection tool is wanted. We endorse a static taint evaluation approach that leverages the control-flow graph (CFG) of apps to locate privateness leaks among Android apps. We tackle three troubles related to inter-element verbal exchange (ICC), the lifecycle of components, and the callback mechanism making the CFG imprecision. To bridge this gap, we ex- implicitly join the discontinuities of the CFG to provide a unique CFG. based totally on the ideal CFG, we goal at offering a taint evaluation method to locate intra-factor privateness leaks, inter-factor privacy leaks, and additionally inter-app privacy leaks.

Microservices: Architecture, containers, and challenges

Microservices (also known as microservices architecture) is a cloud-native architectural paradigm in which a single application is built of several loosely connected and independently deployable, tested, or developed. The microservice architecture concept says, that you break a big application into small bodies into small services of loosely coupled applications of services. This paper discusses monolithic architecture, service-oriented architecture and microservice architecture, and then container technology. Then move on to microservices challenges.

Review of image segmentation techniques

Image segmentation is considered to be one of the most important image processing processes. Image segmentation is the process of dividing or partitioning an image into parts called segments. It's most useful for applications like image compression and object recognition because processing the entire image is inefficient in these cases. As a result, image segmentation is used to separate the image's parts for further processing. Several image segmentation techniques exist, which divide an image into multiple parts based on image features such as pixel intensity value, color, texture, and so on. The segmentation method is used to categorize all of these techniques. The various image segmentation techniques are reviewed in this paper.
