Abstract

“Buddha” his “Dhamma” have a practical focus on continual improvement in human life. And “sangha” teaches about the importance of communal harmony & balance in human life.  The alleviation of sufferings is the first teaching of Buddha, the Four Noble Truths and these noble Truths say that the suffering exists everywhere. This suffering has a reflection of a causal effect in human life & community. Buddha’s eightfold path teachings are profound to eliminate the root cause of the sufferings and attainment of continual incremental improvements with the lifelong sustenance throughout the life. How do the Buddha teachings are applied to the business? This is the area of discussion of this article.
