Abstract

Essentially standard set of building construction measures was reversed to the appropriate assignment program and arrangement for the proceeding project work at the construction site, which was bringing about imperfect observance for the complete cycle. The current investigation on the idea of Building Information Model (BIM) infers the objectives where whole data of each unique element of construction activity is incorporated basically. It helps the Constructors, Designers, and Engineers anticipating what should be created in the synthetic surroundings and to perceive potential plan, development, or operational issues. The system is expanded by BIM into drawings of 3 dimensional (3D) with three-dimensional depth (d), height(h), and width (b), with 4-dimensional time (4D), and with 5 dimensional (5D) time. For setting up the standard process, BIM displays a 5D model to save more amount and time. The project management activities are executed using the concept of BIM is presented in this paper. The BIM apparatus is to help particularly for configuration, characterizing the building capacity and structure, look over the expenses, execution of energy, and timing. Hence BIM is a construction management device
