Abstract

Authentication plays an important role in the security and privacy of applications in PC. Presently a day’s users choose short and easy passwords for memorization. Content passwords and picture passwords are also used in the security of computer applications. Content passwords are less catchable than that of picture passwords. For business transactions, bank transactions, safe lockers group user authentication is needed for high security and privacy. In order to avoid shoulder surfing attacks, smudge attacks, brute force attacks here we propose a multiple connected user authentication system by using individuals pass squares with a security question for each user. Users can login to the group account only with permission of all the users in the same group. So it is difficult for a single group user to misuse the group account.
