Abstract

Organizations can use technologies to assist them to make better decisions in a range of methods: Artificial intelligence is one of the most reducing technologies that assist firms to develop corporate strategy, organizational elements, and human resource management. Human resources (HR) has gotten a lot of attention in recent years because worker quality and skills are a growth element and a real competitive advantage for the business. Artificial intelligence is now being used to assist employee-related decisions within HR management, after just being introduced to sales and marketing departments. The goal is to promote decisions that are based on objective data analysis instead of subjective criteria. The purpose of this research is to examine how objective factors influence employee attrition in order to decide the most important factors.
